Privacy Policy
956 Sharp is a DBA of Pioneer Zeal Enterprises LLC, McAllen, TX. This page explains what we collect when you book a pickup, why, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what the booking form asks for: your name, your phone number, how many knives you have, whether you want pickup or drop-off, and which language you prefer. That is the whole list.
We do not ask for your address on the site. If you choose pickup, we arrange the location with you by text.
Why we collect it
To arrange the pickup and return of your knives, and nothing else. Your phone number is how we confirm the time, tell you when the knives are ready, and reach you if something comes up with the job. We do not use it for marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions go into a private Google Sheet that only 956 Sharp can open.
The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to count anonymous visits and see which sections people read. That data is not tied to your name or number. There are no advertising pixels on this site.
Who we share it with
No one. We never sell your information and we never share it with other businesses. The only outside services that touch it are the ones that store it, Google Sheets and Google Analytics, and they act on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. We keep the booking record so we have your history if you come back, and we remove it the moment you tell us to.
How to request deletion
Text (956) 334-4556 from the number you booked with, or tell us the name and number you used, and say you want your information deleted. We confirm by text once it is gone, usually the same day.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site belong to Google Analytics 4, which uses them to tell a returning visitor from a new one. You can block them in your browser and every part of the site still works, including the booking form.
Children
This site is for adults booking a kitchen service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, text us and we will delete them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top. Any change applies from that date forward.
